Responsibilities:
Manage calendar; scheduling & coordinate meetings.
Serve as the first point of contact for communications; manage correspondence and maintain professional relationships.
Prepare meeting agendas & take minutes.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Oversee office logistics & supplies.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for board meetings and other executive functions.
Requirements:
Must be a Zambian national and resident.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
